3. Groomer arrival: Our certified groomer arrives in the mobile van, parks at your building, and contacts you via WhatsApp when they’re in position. You bring your pet to the building entrance — or we collect from your door if you prefer.
4. The groom: Your pet is groomed in the van. The process takes 1–2.5 hours depending on species, breed, and services booked. You’re free to go about your day.
